Quick Verdict (TL;DR)
Overall Rating: 4.7/5
Pros: Super fast cooking, quiet, easy cleanup, large basket
Cons: The one basket design might not suit everyone, attracts fingerprints on the control panel
Best for: Busy home cooks and families of four, or those wanting to air fry larger items like a whole chicken
User ratings: This air fryer consistently gets 5-star ratings from shoppers.
In a nutshell: The Cosori TurboBlaze is a sleek, smart and surprisingly quiet air fryer that delivers great results and is easy to clean.
About the Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer
The TurboBlaze is one of Cosori's newest models and comes with a feature that's quite exciting in the air fryer world: a DC motor. That might sound techy, but it means faster, more efficient cooking - and less noise.
How Big is the Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer?

It's a 6-litre (6-quart) model, so perfect for 4 servings or for cooking larger items. It has one large basket which can hold a surprising amount, making it perfect for batches of air fryer French fries, buffalo chicken wings, roasted veggies - or a whole chicken. Its size also makes it perfect for baking sweet treats. My banana and choc chip muffins were one of the first things I tried and they turned out beautifully.
This air fryer runs on 1750 watts and has a slick digital touchscreen.
It's not the largest air fryer on the market but it fits nicely under most cabinets and doesn't take up too much counter space. So if you're short on kitchen space, it's a great option.
What Functions does the Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer Have?
The TurboBlaze offers 9 functions. These might be labelled slightly differently depending on which country you're in.
My UK version has: Air Fry, Roast, Grill, Frozen, Preheat, Reheat, Dry, Bake, Proof, plus an additional Warm option. (I know that adds up to 10 functions but all of the Cosori marketing materials say 9 functions - I'm not sure why!).
In the USA, you'll see a Broil option instead of Grill. It's essentially the same but we just call them different things!
The temperature range goes from 30°C to 230°C, (90°F to 450°F), so you get complete control over the heat. This means you can dehydrate something over several hours or cook something crispy in a matter of minutes.
Is the Cosori TurboBlaze Easy to Use?
For me, the ease of use was one of the best things about the TurboBlaze. The simple design, means you can get started right away - even if you skip reading the instruction book that comes with the air fryer.
Setup was straightforward. Just unbox, remove any stickers, wash and dry the basket before the first use and you're ready to go. Then just plug it in and start cooking.
The Cosori TurboBlaze Control Panel

The control panel feels intuitive and I was able to start air frying within minutes. I loved that the control panel was on top as it made the air fryer look sleek while the different settings were easy to see. One tiny drawback of this is that fingerprints do tend to show up after you've used it a few times. But a quick wipe with a damp cloth soon sorts that out.
You can adjust the time and temperature easily, and the preset functions are genuinely useful when you want a specific result.
Overall, this is a very user-friendly model - perfect for beginners, or anyone who loves shortcuts in the kitchen.
Performance and Cooking Results

I was really impressed with the performance of the TurboBlaze. The DC motor gives you a steady airflow, so food cooks evenly without burning at the edges.
I tried a mixture of different things to see how it performed and everything turned out as I'd hoped. Fries and chicken wings were hot and crispy. Banana muffins were cooked to perfection. And roasted veggies were flavorful with just the perfect amount of charring at the edges.
The air fryer comes with a 30-page recipe book and you'll also gain access to 87 online recipes.
Is the Cosori TurboBlaze Noisy?
All air fryers generate a certain amount of noise but this model seems quieter than most. It also has a beeper to tell you when the cooking time is up which is useful.
How to Clean the Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer
I love an air fryer that is easy to clean and this is where the TurboBlaze really delivers. The nonstick basket and tray are both dish-washer safe. However, I chose to hand-wash them so that I could get the air fryer back to work as soon as possible. A quick wipe was enough to remove any grease.
With other air fryer models, I've sometimes found that they get a sticky buildup on the baskets after a few weeks - no matter how well you wash them. This hasn't been the case with the Cosori. Even after several weeks of daily use, the interior has stayed spotless!
Is the Cosori TurboBlaze Worth It? Does it Give Value for Money?
The Cosori TurboBlaze is a mid-price air fryer. It usually sells at around £159.99 in the UK - Or $119.99 in the US, although you'll often find it discounted on Amazon, or at other retailers. At the time of writing, for example, it's just £99.97 in the UK, or $89.99 in the US.
Given its durability, energy efficiency and ease of use, I'd say it's well worth the price - especially if you use your air fryer daily. Unlike cheaper models, this one promises to perform well and look good, even with a lot of use.
Who is the Cosori TurboBlaze Best For?
- Families who want quick dinners
- Anyone who is looking for a compact and quiet air fryer
- Meal preppers who batch-cook
- First-time air fryer users
If you're upgrading from a basic air fryer model, the TurboBlaze will feel like a big step up!

The First Five Things I Cooked in the Cosori TurboBlaze
I tried a variety of dishes to get a good feel of how the Cosori TurboBlaze performed. The first five things I tried were:
A whole chicken - always a good test of air fryer capacity! It turned out beautifully moist interior and a golden exterior - all in a fraction of the time it would take in an oven.

Roasted vegetables - I love making big batches of roasted veggies in the air fryer to add to pasta bakes or curries. The large basket gave me plenty of room to use a wide variety of different veggies.

Buffalo chicken wings - This air fryer is great if you're cooking for a crowd and perfect for movie night or game night feasts.

Banana and choc chip muffins - This is one of the most popular recipes on my blog so I just had to try it out in the TurboBlaze. They turned out perfectly and I was able to make them in one batch.

Corn on the Cob - This is something I'd put off making in my two-drawer air fryer because I didn't think I had to space to cook several cobs at once. But this was no problem in the TuurboBlaze which gave plenty of room for them to cook to perfection!

Final Verdict
The Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer is sleek, speedy and surprisingly quiet - everything I look for in a modern air fryer.
From crispy fries to juicy chicken, it's consistent, efficient and easy to love.
