My name is Jenny and I'm a writer, air fryer recipe blogger and home cook who loves creating healthy recipes to make in my air fryer. Here I'll share the tried and tested air fryer recipes that my family and I love to eat week after week. I prefer cooking meals from scratch where possible but I'm also realistic and there are times during the week when convenience is essential. So as well as sharing nourishing recipes, I also share 'how to' guides for those air fryer favorites that go from freezer to plate in next to no time.

I absolutely love using my air fryer - it saves me so much time when cooking family meals and makes it easier to create healthy recipes using less oil. The fact that it’s cheaper to run than my conventional oven is a big bonus too.
When I first started using an air fryer, I found it difficult to find reliable recipes and advice. Even buying a quality air fryer cook book proved tricky. So I decided the best thing to do was just dive in and try different things. And that’s the purpose of this blog. To share the inspiration, tips and more that I discover in my quest for (mainly) healthy and always tasty air fryer recipes.
I’m a pescatarian but I live with two meat eaters (and a cat - but I don’t cook for her!) so I cook a wide range of different dishes each week. You'll find everything from air fryer breakfast recipes to tasty mains, plus sweet treats, air fryer vegetarian options and more.
