My name is Jenny and I'm a writer, air fryer blogger and home cook who loves creating healthy recipes to make in my air fryer. Here I'll share the tried and tested air fryer recipes that my family and I love to eat week after week.
I absolutely love using my air fryer - it saves me so much time when cooking family meals and makes it easier to create healthy recipes using less oil. The fact that it’s cheaper to run than my conventional oven is a big bonus too.
When I first started using an air fryer, I found it difficult to find reliable recipes and advice. Even buying a quality air fryer cook book proved tricky. So I decided the best thing to do was just dive in and try different things. And that’s the purpose of this blog. To share the inspiration, tips and more that I discover in my quest for healthy and tasty air fryer recipes.
I’m a pescatarian but I live with two meat eaters (and a cat - but I don’t cook for her!) so I cook a wide range of different dishes each week.
