Instructions
Slice your potatoes thinly (about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick). You don't need to peel them unless you want to.
Pat the potato slices with kitchen paper or a tea towel to remove any moisture, then toss the slices in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and seasonings.
Spread the slices across the base of your air fryer basket (there can be a slight overlap, but don’t crowd the basket too much, otherwise your lovely potatoes won’t cook evenly)
Air fry for 12–16 minutes at 375°F (190°C). Check on the potatoes and turn them carefully a couple of times during the cooking process. This stops them from sticking together. Cook until golden and crisp.
