100gbaby plum tomatoes(cherry tomatoes work well too)
1teaspoonunrefined olive oil
Salt and pepper
1teaspoonoregano
2teaspoonbalsamic vinegar
1slicesourdough bread(or your choice of bread)
Instructions
Cut your tomatoes into halves.
Put the tomatoes either directly into your air fryer or create a tin foil wrapper for them to sit in (this is what I often do to save on the washing up).
Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Add a drizzle of olive oil and the balsamic vinegar.
Air fry at 180C for 5 minutes (you can add an extra minute at the end if needed). While the tomatoes are cooking, toast your bread.
Once ready to serve, pile your tomatoes onto your toast and enjoy!
