Load the Basket: Arrange the wedges in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Don’t overcrowd them—work in batches if needed.
Cook: Air fry for 12-15 minutes at 400°F (200°C), shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on them toward the end; you’re looking for slightly crispy edges and tender insides.
Serve: Let them cool for a minute, then dig in with your favorite dips or sides.
