Crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, these air fryer Brussels sprouts cook from frozen in under 20 minutes. They're the perfect low-stress side for Christmas, Thanksgiving or any time you want a tasty vegetable side dish.
Toss the frozen Brussels sprouts with olive oil (or your preferred oil), salt and pepper. No need to thaw!
Spread them out in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes at 375°F (190°C), then give them a really good shake. Cook for another 8-10 minutes until the edges are crispy and golden.
Check the sprouts are cooked all the way through by cutting one in half. Then taste and adjust the seasoning if needed and serve right away.
