These Air Fryer Balsamic Brussels Sprouts are such a lovely side dish - simple, vibrant, and full of flavour. The balsamic vinegar adds a gentle tang that complements the natural sweetness of the sprouts, while the air fryer gives them beautifully crisp edges and a tender center.
Wash and dry your sprouts and peel away any tough outer layers if necessary. Then chop each one in half.
Coat the cut sprouts with the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and toss to combine all the flavors.
Place the sprouts in an even layer in your air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-15 minutes at 350°F / 180°C, shaking halfway through the cooking time.
Check the sprouts are tender all the way through, then serve and let everyone dig in.
