Ingredients
1
Pork Steak
1 per person
1
teaspoon
Olive Oil
½
teaspoon
paprika
½
teaspoon
mixed herbs
Large pinch of salt and pepper
Finely sliced scallions (spring onions) to garnish
optional
Instructions
Pat the pork steak dry with paper towels (this helps the seasoning stick!).
Drizzle the steak with a little oil
Rub the seasoning all over both sides of the pork steak.
Air fry for 8-12 minutes at 400°F (200°C), flipping halfway. (Exact time depends on thickness—use a meat thermometer to check for 145°F (63°C).)
Rest for 2 minutes before serving - juicy pork is worth the wait!
Scatter with the finely chopped scallions/spring onions (if using)
Notes
Nutritional information is approximate and for guidance only.
I used boneless pork steaks that were approximately 120g each.
If you can't get hold of pork steaks, pork chops will work well too.
I used
a pre-made mix of Marjoram, Basil, Oregano and Thyme, but you can use your own favorite combination.
