Salt and pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, sugar, mustard, herbs, spices and seasoning.
Pat the pork chops dry with kitchen paper. Then Rub the oil and seasoning mix onto your pork chops.
Place the chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes at 390°F (200°C), flipping halfway through. If using a meat thermometer, check that the internal temperature of the pork has reached 145°F (63°C).
Rest the chops for 3-5 minutes before serving – this keeps them juicy.
Notes
Note: Nutritional values are approximate and for guidance only. All air fryers cook slightly differently so adjust the cooking times as necessary.Letting the chops rest for 3-5 minutes before serving helps the juices stay in the meat.If using a meat thermometer, aim for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) in the thickest part of the pork chop.
