Salmon filletsskinless, fresh or thawed. One small fillet per person is plenty.
Olive oil or avocado oil
Seasoning — think paprikagarlic powder, salt, pepper, or even a sprinkle of chili flakes if you like it spicy
Lemon wedgesoptional to serve
Instructions
Cut your salmon into bite-sized cubes (about 1-inch pieces).
Toss them in a little oil and your chosen seasonings.
Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400°F / 200°C for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
