These air fryer roasted carrots are quick, easy, and full of flavour. Glazed with honey and finished with herbs, they make a simple side dish that’s both vibrant and satisfying.
450gCarrots – peeled if you prefercut into sticks or thick coins
1tablespoonButter
1tablespoonHoney
½tablespoonChopped fresh herbssuch as thyme, cilantro, or parsley

Instructions
Top and tail the carrots, then cut into long, thick sticks and place in a large mixing bowl.
Gently melt the butter and honey together in a small saucepan.
Toss the chopped carrots with the melted honey-butter mixture, your herbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook: Place the carrots in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) and cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through. Check they’re fork-tender before serving.
Finish: Add a little extra butter and honey if you’d like, and sprinkle with more herbs before serving.
