Quick, easy, and full of flavor – these air fryer green beans are tender inside, lightly crispy on the edges, and finished with parmesan, lemon, and optional almonds for a simple side dish that goes with everything
1tablespoonOlive oilor avocado oil, or vegetable oil
Salt and black pepperto taste
1tablespoongrated parmesan cheese
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Optional: a handful of flaked almonds
Instructions
Trim the beans then rinse and pat completely dry.
Toss with oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Place beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Remove beans, scatter over parmesan, squeeze over lemon juice, and add almonds if using. Serve immediately.
