Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels (crispy skin starts here).
Toss them in a little oil and then in the buffalo seasoning until coated evenly.
Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F / 200°C for 20–25 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
Check they’re cooked through (juices should run clear, no pink).
